When I saw her application, I felt excited. Her resume was immaculate.

Ivy league degrees, a compelling spin on a popular topic, a clear desire to work her ass off and get a book published. My ideal client, right there on a Typeform.

I was so pumped — until, like I do with every application, I googled her.

At the time, this particular client had a miniscule following on social media. Though she had a terrific resume and a successful business, her public audience was nonexistent. On our very first call together, she told me that she was ready to work with me on a book proposal.

I kept saying that Platform Builders Bootcamp was the best option for her.

Perfect, in fact.

I told this potential client that, by becoming a Platform Builder, she could grow her business in a way that would benefit her book. She could get even more evidence that her approach generates amazing results, and tweak the work she did so it…
