You May Have Already Written Your Book
Last year, I hired a collaborator to help me draft book proposals for our clients.
I assigned her what I thought was an easy project … and she failed.
When I took over the project, I realized the collaborator made a common mistake.
Instead of using the existing material our client had created in their podcast and courses, my former colleague tried to generate brand new content. Which was not only much harder, but also completely unnecessary.
As an expert and entrepreneur, you likely already have content that works.

When entrepreneurs work with me and my team on a proposal, I ask for access to all of their content. Every course, every freebie. We join their email list, we do the action steps, we participate in their communities and Facebook groups (or at least lurk). We experience what your customers and audience experience and I think that’s what makes our work different and so, so successful.
